I called in on a Thursday evening for new tires. Terry took care of me in an excellent manner discussing pricing and availability. Shaun greeted me next morning on arrival and promptly took me in and had alll work completed in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask more of this crew they did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone needing new tires or automotive repair.

Knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. Had my '96 Chevy truck at Mavis before this to do a tire rotation and alignment. Mavis actually called me and had me take my truck back because they "didn't have the right parts".. Luckily I found Steve's on a quick Google search and the moment I walked in I knew it was a way better choice. I was greeted when I entered the door, handed my keys over and when I returned I was greeted again by a different worker. Good customer service & great pricing. 5 starts. Would recommend.

I had low tire pressure. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. I was welcomed into the store professionally. The person at the desk was very polite. They checked my tires and found a nail. They repaired it in a reasonable amount of time and kept me informed. I appreciate their attention to detail.

Great service. The staff was very helpful and assured me that they would assess and fix my tire issues. The establishment is very clean and spacious. Edit: I stopped to get gas and noticed my rear window had writing on it. I hadn't seen this all day. Thank you for your support Steve Shannon Tire and Auto Center!

I've been patronizing Steve Shannon's ever since they gave my son his first job as a co-op when he attended as a student at the local dauphin county technical School. They have always treated me well. I take my vehicles there for everything. I get good service, respect and I'm sincerely appreciated. And the one time I had a major issue, they made it right. I seldom do these online reviews and maybe I should. Today however when I went in, it was just a routine oil change and possible tire rotation. As usual I received outstanding service. I ding the star however, because I was not real happy to see the gambling kiosks. I'm sorry. This does not set the tone for what I want to see in this type of business or establishment. If you want something for your patrons to do to pass the time, put in classic arcade cabinets like Miss Pac-Man, galaga or something similar. Even pick up those one up cabinets from the local Costco for inexpensive amount of money. I just think gambling kiosks sets the wrong tone. Thank you.
